The Chef's

 

 Chef Laura 

Chef Laura was born and raised in Costa Rica and has always had a passion for culinary arts, a talent God gave her which she inherited from her grandmother. Her passion is driven by her three children and husband.

 Chef Laura went to college and earned her bachelor of science with an extensive nutrition background. She quickly pursued her love and passion for cooking.

 She had the opportunity to expand her knowledge by training and learning various nutritional programs like paleo, keto, whole30, plant-based, and kosher. 

With over 20 years of experience in culinary, she worked for high-volume restaurants, as a personal chef,  in resorts and catered many Jewish events. 

Chef Laura's expertise is in Latin Caribbean cuisine, Jewish Food, and healthy Food fusion. Her gift is making clean eating, flavorful meals, which allowed her to create her own healthy meal prep company, “Cook by Laura” in South Florida; her expertise was preparing weekly meal plans for clients with health issues utilizing nutritious Food as part of their recovery during chemotherapy and other health challenges.

 Chef Alex 

Chef Alex is Florida-born & Cincinnati-raised, with 17 years of professional cooking experience and 10 years of culinary management experience. 

Chef Alex has worked in High-Volume Restaurants, Country Clubs, Fine Dining, Casinos, Steakhouses, Resorts, Banquet/Catering, Private Clubs and Abroad. 

His specialties are in French, Latin, Asian, and Caribbean Fusion—Butchery of Game Meats, Fish, Domestic Meats, etc. 

Professionally trained at the Midwest Culinary Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio. Chef Alex states “Cooking is a way to capture my love, passion, and joy of food onto a plate. God has gifted me with my palate, vision, and skills to specifically execute great dishes and flavor profiles that are unique. The art of cooking, to me, is a way to express my creativity. To provide for my family using my God-given skills is a dream come true. I strive to become the best version of myself on a daily basis.”
