• What is your catering specialty?

We specialize in Caribbean, Jewish, and Italian cuisine but also feature comfort classics, like garlic chicken wings, crab rangoon, stuffed mushrooms, and lobster salad puffs for appetizers and shepherd’s pie, meatloaf, and prime rib, churrasco or ropa vieja for entrees. 

• Is the catering customizable?

Yes, Our options are based on the customer's wants and needs. Once we have this information, we can then provide custom menu options. 

• What kind of paperware is included?

Based on the request of the customer, we have different options.  

• Can you organize staffed events at residences?

Yes, We can do events, weddings, birthday parties, sporting events, or something as simple as a special dinner. 

• Will you set up the food items upon delivery?

Yes, if the customer is home 

• I want to have our next company meeting catered. How far in advance should I put my order in?

We can create a menu based on your directions, and orders must be placed eight days before the event for the standard menu, and for a specialty menu, orders must be placed ten days before. 

• Can I order non-alcoholic drinks through you for our catered business meeting? 

Absolutely!

• Do you have vegetarian or gluten-free dishes?

Yes. Please let us know any and all food allergies, and we can work with you to design a menu that is inclusive to everyone. 

• Do you also make desserts?

Yes. Our favorites include tiramisu, chocolate molten lava cake, tres leches, arroz con leche, and cannoli. But we can make anything you'd like.

• What type of events do you cater to?

We cater social events from breakfasts, lunches, dinners, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, Shabbat dinners, and holiday parties. We cater corporate events, including retreats, fundraisers, happy hours, conferences, multi-day events, and box lunches.
